The mesh acts as a lightweight second skin to ensure you are able to go the distance in complete comfort. Perforations in the fabric encourage cool air to circulate, removing uncomfortable heat build-up to create a healthy environment for your foot to thrive in plus, to avoid damp feet, and therefore dampened spirits, a GORE-TEX membrane resides inside the shoe; supplying a combination of durable waterproofing and optimised breathability. Sometimes it's hard to stay dry without developing that distracting clammy feeling, but GORE-TEX keeps water on the outside while letting perspiration escape from the inside; keeping sweat to a minimum and you, cool and comfy. The GORE-TEX Invisible Fit construction has been specially integrated into the upper to reduce pressure points, wrinkles and noise. This results in a true fit thats lighter, more flexible and more comfortable than ordinary GORE-TEX products. As well as this, a TPU toe cap also features on the upper to provide protection for loose debris and rocks so you can tackle any terrain with complete confidence. A bellows tongue keep debris from entering inside the shoe whilst the lacing system is integrated with the tongue to provide a secure fit. The lacing system works to lock down the midfoot to reduce in-shoe slippage so you can enjoy distraction-free strides.
